The HOA is pleased to announce a new beautification initiative focused on the islands on Leawood Drive. This fall, we’ll begin removing diseased and unsightly trees that detract from the natural beauty of our neighborhood.
We collaborated with tree care experts to identify trees that are beyond saving due to disease or structural problems. Removing these trees will eliminate safety risks, including falling branches, and prevent disease from spreading to other trees.
In spring, we’ll bring new life to our community by planting native trees that will thrive in our climate. This effort will improve our community’s appearance, provide habitats for wildlife, and contribute to cleaner air.
Thank you for supporting our commitment to a safer, greener, and more beautiful neighborhood. Look out for updates as we move forward with this project!
