September HOA Board Meeting

Minutes for September 24th, 2025

  1. Budget
    • Treasurer’s report
    • 70% of the dues were collected.
    • Talked about yearly budget guidelines.
  2. New Directories
    • Hard-copy directories approved.
  3. Covenants
    • Covenants auto-renew for 10 years in April, if no action is taken.
    • The board is working on updating the covenants to a more modern language and to align with federal, state, and city ordinances.
  4. Common Spaces
    • 3 crab apple trees to be planted on Leawood Drive to fill gaps.
    • Entry sign repair. Gathering estimates.
  5. Open Floor – Board Member Topics
    • Talked about the timeline of sending newsletters and dues reminders.
    • Looking for a Santa for this year.
    • HOA meeting to be held in October/November, date TBD
